On August 29, 2026, we created balloon decor for a bat mitzvah at The Bridges Golf Club in San Ramon. We also lit up the CALI marquee for the California High School cheer team, built a snowflake hoop for a school holiday show, and decorated birthdays at the Portofino Clubhouse and at a home where the backdrop was shaped like a fire truck. For one New Year's Eve party we wound a 20 foot garland up a staircase and hung a 200 balloon drop over the room, after visiting the house to measure the ceiling so the net would clear everyone's heads. Pricing, pickup and delivery
Grab and go garlands start from $150. We assemble yours in your colors, and you can collect it at our Pleasanton studio, 5502 Sunol Blvd Ste 205, on the Friday before your event or have it delivered for an added fee. For San Ramon events, custom installs start at $650 and vary with the size of the setup. The design, the number of pieces and the time we have on site shape the rest of the quote, so a photo of the room and your timeline help us price it right the first time.
Cleanup is included with every installation, and we schedule teardown around the hour your venue needs the room back. A grab and go garland stays with you, so once the party ends, popping the balloons and clearing them away is up to you. Two to four weeks of notice suits most parties, though last minute requests are welcome, so send your date even if it is soon.
