Our 6 to 10 ft Grab & Go garlands are fully assembled for pickup in Pleasanton and start at $150. You hang and style the garland using the included hanging materials and instructional video, making this a practical choice when you want custom colors and can handle setup yourself.
We design balloon drops for countdowns, school rallies, launches, and celebrations with a planned reveal. We review ceiling height, installation access, and the release cue with your venue so the drop fits the event program.

Karlie discovered her interest in balloon decor through celebrations for friends and family, then events at her daughter's school. She founded Poptastic Parties in 2021 and expanded into private celebrations and corporate events across the Bay Area.
Karlie lives in Livermore and leads Poptastic's work across the Bay Area. Clients work with Karlie and the Poptastic team to discuss design ideas, choose a setup, and coordinate event details.

The balloons we primarily use are biodegradable natural rubber latex, made from sap harvested from rubber trees. We use these balloons to create our arches, garlands and installations.
