Our trained installers share the prep and the install, so different parts of a larger setup come together at the same time. If someone is out sick, another installer steps in, so your event never depends on one person. Karlie runs the business and oversees every job.

Parking, loading zones, elevators, attachment rules, and the order of the install all get planned ahead. Send us whatever the venue gives you and we’ll plan the setup around it.
Fast setup that fits your load-in.
Most installs are done within an hour. Very large installs can take about two hours, and complex custom builds take longer. Early-morning installs and late night teardowns are available when the venue needs them.
Design help that fits the room.
We’ll suggest where balloons will make the most impact, like the entrance, the stage, or the photo area, and size the design to the space so guests can still move around easily.

We carry insurance and send certificates of insurance quickly when your venue or client asks for one.

Send the details.
Share the date, venue, setup and teardown windows, colors, and inspiration, and let us know whether we should quote you or your client. Two to four weeks ahead is ideal, but last-minute events are welcome, so reach out anyway.

Get a design and quote.
We’ll recommend a setup that fits the space and the budget. Grab-and-go garlands are $150, picked up from our Pleasanton studio. Setups typically start around $650, depending on the setup.

We install. You run the event.
Our team sets up during your window, and most installs are done within an hour. A team member is your day-of contact. Cleanup is included with every installation, and late night teardowns are available.

Karlie and her team were sharp on time that we had discussed few days before the event and were already prepared well for the setup.
The full team was organized and knew exactly what needs to be done.
What I appreciated the most was that at the time of setup, they were open to showing us few options for arrangement, where it would look ideal which helped accomplish the vision. Throughout the full setup they smiled and enjoyed doing every part of it.
Also they were on time for pickup and were wrapped up in few minutes.

Yes. We’re insured and send certificates of insurance quickly. Send your venue’s requirements and deadline when you book.
What venue details should we send?
The venue name and address, setup and teardown windows, parking or loading zone details, elevator access, and any rules on attaching decor. Photos of the space help a lot. For a balloon drop, we also need the ceiling height and release timing.
How long does setup take?
Most installs are done within an hour. Very large installs can take about two hours, and complex custom builds take longer. Our Golden Gate Bridge sculpture in San Francisco took about five hours. We plan the timing around your venue’s load-in window.
Do you handle teardown, including late at night?
Yes. Cleanup is included with every installation, and late night teardowns are available when the venue needs the room cleared after the event. Grab-and-go garlands are taken down by the customer.
Who is our contact on event day?
A member of our team is your day-of contact. Karlie runs Poptastic Parties and oversees every job, and because we work as a full team, your event never rests on one person.
Can we book on behalf of our client?
Yes. We can work through you, with the quote and invoice going to your planning company, or directly with your client. Either is fine. Just tell us which you prefer when you reach out.
Do you do weddings?
Yes. We create balloon decor for weddings, along with corporate events, parties, and showers. Send the date, venue, and the look you have in mind, and we’ll suggest a setup.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to four weeks ahead is ideal. Last-minute events are welcome too, so reach out even if your date is close.
What does balloon decor cost?
Grab-and-go garlands are $150, picked up from our Pleasanton studio. Setups typically start around $650, depending on the setup. Your quote depends on the design, size, and venue.

Are balloons bad for the environment?
The balloons we primarily use are biodegradable natural rubber latex, made from sap harvested from rubber trees. We use these balloons to create our arches, garlands and installations.
